Study On The Construction And Evolution Mechanism Of Aviation Industry Innovation Ecosystem

The release of a document about Chinese civil aviation relaxes the control of the investments on domestic civil aviation.Airline companies,Airlines are one of the key investment targets for investors.For stakeholders,financial data is one of the important means to understand the business situation of the company,so the quality of the airline's financial data is especially important.Both Benford's Law and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method are combined and employed in this paper for the purpose of entirely evaluating the financial data quality of airline companies.The construction of this paper is built as follows.Firstly,there is a demonstration about the relevant conception of financial figures,from which the research object is confirmed.Secondly,there's an analysis on the financial quality of Chinese airline companies.Even though in China there is not an airline company penalized by CSRC(China Securities Regulatory Commission).Some problems still exist.The financial data quality of Chinese airline companies should be improved,especially in accounting principles,disclosure,internal control,financial management and financial accounting areas.Taking all the elements mentioned above into consideration,plus the requirements of financial data users,the evaluation framework is built,according to the analysis of the reality of financial data quality of Chinese airline companies and the requirements of their financial data users.Thirdly,Using Benford's Law and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for China International Airlines Co.,Ltd.,China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.,China Eastern Airlines Co.,Ltd.,Hainan Airlines Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "the four major airlines")Evaluate the quality of their financial data and draw conclusions.Finally,the full text is summarized and relevant comments are made based on the conclusions reached.
