| The new energy power generation industry represented by wind power and PV have achieved great development with the double carbon goal becomed the national development strategy.At present,state-owned enterprises have not reached the ideal effect in performance management although they occupy a monopoly position in new energy storage projects and incremental planning.Therefore,this thesis takes wind farm employees of four state-owned electric power enterprises as the research object and aims to improve job performance.Based on 823 valid questionnaires,this thesis studies the relationship among employee motivation,job performance and enterprise belonging.Through research,it is found that the safety production management of state-owned wind farms is in place,the interpersonal relationship is harmonious,and the welfare is relatively perfect,but there are also many problems,such as relatively narrow promotion space,unscientific performance incentive,and insufficient improvement and innovation of technology management.At the same time,this thesis also found that the two moderating variables,years of work and position of the unit,presented U-shaped distribution in employee development,interpersonal relationship and other aspects of satisfaction,and the group with 3-5 years of work and the group on duty or professional engineer were at the bottom.Specifically,the influences of employee motivation factors on the sense of enterprise belonging are as follows:employee development>compensation and welfare>working environment.The effects of employee motivation factors on job performance are as follows:employee development>working environment>compensation and welfare.Therefore,the employee development factor in employee motivation has become the key direction for human resource management department to improve the employee motivation of state-owned wind farms.Hopefully,this thesis will improve the human resource management level of wind farm through combining employees’ sense of belonging with management performance,enriching staff display and promotion platform,encouraging technology management improvement and innovation and other factors,based on the enhancing the sense of belonging and improving job performance.The purpose of this thesis is to open the door of research on employee performance management in the new energy power generation industry.On the other hand,it provides ideas for enterprises to solve the problems of talent training and management. |
