| As the pillar force of national economic development,talents are the important resource reserve of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,the quality of human resources has become the primary condition to determine the competitiveness of enterprises.With the concept of "eclectic talents" gaining popularity,enterprises must adopt scientific management methods to ensure the recruitment,training and use of high-quality employees,and establish a complete employee incentive system.Facing the severe economic situation and policy requirements at present,H Energy Company,as a large state-owned energy enterprise,its original employee incentive scheme can no longer meet the needs of the company’s future strategic development.Therefore,how to effectively motivate employees,retain talents and promote the long-term development of the enterprise has become an important problem facing H Energy Company.This paper will conduct a comprehensive study on the existing employee incentive scheme of H Energy Company by means of actual interview and questionnaire survey,and by referring to relevant incentive theories.This paper is mainly divided into six parts: First,based on the background,purpose and significance of the current research,the research method is selected for the research content of this paper.Next,on the basis of introducing the basic information,personnel structure and organizational structure of H Energy Company,the current situation and incentive methods of H Energy Company are analyzed,and the corresponding investigation results are obtained by means of questionnaire survey and on-site interview.Then,according to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,the problems existing in H Energy Company’s incentive plan are deeply analyzed,and the reasons in various aspects are explored.In the next part,according to the above problems and reasons,the incentive countermeasure scheme of H Energy Company is improved,the corresponding criteria and basic conception are set up,and the specific incentive countermeasure scheme is designed from the perspective of material and immaterial.Next,by implementing the guarantee measures of the incentive countermeasures of H Energy Company,the smooth implementation of the incentive plan is ensured from the two aspects of resource guarantee and organizational guarantee,so as to ensure that obvious positive effects can be achieved.Finally,the current research is summarized,and the shortcomings and future research directions are put forward.It is worth mentioning that the research results of this paper are not only applicable to H Energy Company,but also can provide reference and inspiration for other enterprises’ incentive schemes. |
