Since entering the 21st century,the global energy market has been in a cyclical fluctuations,plus Russia Ukraine border conflict directly influence,lead to energy crisis anew.Space is very serious,the development of new energy enterprises in China,in different under the influence of external factors,it also brings more challenges to the development of new energy enterprise itself,and more exposed some deficiencies and defects on the enterprise internal organization structure.In order to achieve sustainable development,our country has repeatedly stressed to adhere to the"coordinated development","green development" and the policy of energy industry support,optimize energy structure adjustment.TY as established in the photovoltaic industry and new energy enterprises in China’s new energy enterprises has certain representativeness,so hope that through the analysis of TY new energy enterprises,sums up the general experience,for the current energy enterprises reasonable solve practical problems syndrome "big enterprise" and so on to provide new ideas and methods.TY new energy enterprise development started relatively early,strong scientific research strength,professional talent,a number of leading technology in the international,domestic monopoly,but in the face of strong external threats and its own development bottlenecks,its organization structure still cannot meet the demand of enterprise development.This study first introduces the organization,organization structure,organization structure design of the related definitions,expounds the contents and principles of organizational structure design,and the structure optimization analysis of several main methods,model,through the specific case of TY new energy company,using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,research methods,such as comprehensive collection of TY present situation and the development of new energy company organization structure,personnel structure,deeply analyzes the TY new energy company’s organizational structure problem,mainly include:difficult to adapt to the external environment changes,it is difficult to support enterprise development strategy,functional departments set is not science,human resource system is not perfect,internal information communication is not smooth,corporation and subsidiary issue such as difference of coordination.And these problems have affected TY the normal development of new energy company,and good relations between corporation and subsidiaries.This study also to TY new energy company organization structure optimization has made the idea,put forward the optimization of organizational structure of the optimal path and the reform of the team,resolutely carry out in the end,create a strong atmosphere,get support and coordination to positive disambiguation,answer to deal with problems,optimizing the management tools,strengthen information construction,strengthening supervision and effective,long-term management,summarized earnestly,curing experience "of the" six steps "implementation steps and help TY new energy enterprise reform,adjust the internal organization structure,set up a good management,good safety and stable foundation,promote the development of the organization,make enterprise can maintain their own advantages in the fierce competition,also hoping to TY new energy enterprise organizational structure optimization path of research,to expand to other new energy companies also have certain reference significance,thus ensuring our energy security and stability of supply,provide stable and reliable for all-round construction of socialism modernization country energy security.
