| In the past decade or so,China’s logistics industry has shown an amazing development rate, thanks to the rapid development of the national economy.Due to the remote location of most of China’s rural areas,a single access road, poor transportation conditions compared to urban areas, rural logistics is still relatively backward, and low logistics efficiency, high costs, resulting in the slow development of the rural economy. With the continuous development of China’s agricultural modernization,China’s rural logistics ushered in a better opportunity for development,in order to expand the development space of the rural logistics market,it is urgent to open up the logistics transport channels between rural and urban areas, improve the integration of urban and rural logistics distribution centers,so that urban and rural materials two-way circulation,in order to achieve a reasonable distribution of urban and rural resources. The reasonable layout of rural logistics distribution centers is conducive to improving the efficiency of rural logistics, reducing costs, accelerating the circulation of materials between urban and rural areas, and promoting the economic development of rural areas. Therefore,it is important to study the site selection of rural logistics distribution centers in the context of urbanrural logistics integration. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current research status of urban-rural logistics integration and logistics distribution center siting by reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad, clarifies the research significance and research content on the basis of existing research results, and proposes a two-stage site selection method based on AP(Affinity Propagation)clustering-modeling solution to solve the rural logistics distribution center site selection problem.Firstly, the basic idea and classification of the clustering algorithm are introduced, together with the literature, the overview of relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge, the analysis of the site selection objectives, principles, methods and influencing factors of rural logistics distribution centers.Secondly,a suitable site selection process is designed for the rural logistics distribution center site selection problem,a GM(1,1)model for predicting future logistics demand in rural areas is established, the AP clustering method for the first stage of site selection is given, and the site selection process under the influence of single and multiple factors is explained in detail. Then, for the two-way rural logistics and transportation mode under the integrated urban-rural logistics system, the logistics distribution center is located in a hierarchical manner according to its scale, and a two-way rural logistics distribution center location model is constructed with the minimum total cost of the logistics system and the capacity scale as a constraint. On this basis,a particle swarm algorithm based on the improvement of acceleration factor and inertia weights is designed for the solution process of this model,in which the acceleration factor adopts an asymmetric improvement strategy and the inertia weights adopt a nonlinear decreasing strategy to achieve a balance between the global search ability and the local search ability of the particles. Finally, the paper presents a case study of a rural area in the southern part of Liangzhou District, and the logistics demand of each demand point is predicted by GM(1,1)model with2024 as the planning year;under the comprehensive consideration of the influencing factors of traffic conditions and geographical conditions, the AP clustering method is used to complete the based on the above data results, the model was solved with the help of Matlab platform, and the final decision was made on the site selection scheme suitable for the rural logistics center in the southern part of Liangzhou District, which verified the feasibility of the site selection method based on AP clustering-modeling solution proposed in this paper. |
