At present,the urban-rural logistics integration has entered a bottleneck period,while the use of logistics UAV distribution can effectively solve the problems of poor infrastructure in remote areas and high labor distribution cost in developed areas.Based on the research of the urban-rural logistics integration,service facilities planning and scheduling,and modeling theory,this paper studies the design of urban-rural UAV logistics network and scheduling of UAV carriers.The main contents are as follows:(1)Design urban-rural logistics network for UAV distribution.Considering the load and endurance limitations of UAVs,based on the service mode of "UAV carrier + UAV",a distribution network of UAVs under the urban-rural logistics integration is constructed.Taking the total distribution cost and total distribution time as optimization objectives,the logistics balance of industrial products and agricultural products is realized through the location of the UAV carriers distribution center and the agricultural products purchasing station.The study found that with the increase of distribution centers and agricultural products purchasing stations,the distribution cost decreases first and then increases,and the distribution time increases with the network complexity.The preference for direct distribution and indirect distribution leads to the trade-off effect of the two objectives.(2)Study the scheduling problem of the UAV carriers for self-supporting logistics enterprises under the urban-rural logistics integration.Since self-supporting logistics enterprises can reserve goods in advance according to the demand forecast,the paper uses polyhedral sets to describe the uncertain demand of customers in the situation of scattered demand and frequent fluctuation,establishes a two-stage robust optimization model of the UAV carriers scheduling,and designs an L-shaped algorithm to solve it.Numerical experiments show that the efficiency of robust optimization is better than that of stochastic programming.By appropriately relaxing robustness,the decision economy is greatly improved.Facing the uncertain demand,the system will give priority to adjusting the scheduling path of the carrier platform,and then consider adding the carrier platform.The scheduling scheme shows the feature of gradual adjustment.(3)Study the scheduling problem of the UAV carriers for the third-party logistics enterprises under the urban-rural logistics integration.Considering that the terminal nodes of the third-party logistics usually have both the delivery demand and the collection demand,the paper establishes a two-stage collection and delivery scheduling model of the UAV carriers to ensure the logistics balance.The study found that the fulfillment rate of collection and delivery is related to the loading rate.UAV carriers with high loading rate will give priority to areas with higher delivery demand,while UAV carriers with low loading rate will give priority to areas with higher collection demand.Combination scheduling using UAV carriers with different loading rates can effectively improve the fulfillment rate of collection and delivery,and reduce the usage quantity and total cost of UAV carriers.
