Abstract/Summary:
With the successful conclusion of the poverty alleviation campaign,the economic development level and residents’ income in rural areas have improved as a whole,and the consumer market has further expanded.The rapidly expanding rural consumer market has created demand for rural logistics and distribution.At the same time,the country is speeding up the construction of a multi-level "Internet+" modern agricultural service platform,e-commerce poverty alleviation and other work are also continuing to advance,and the scale of rural online retail is constantly expanding.An increase of 39.7%year-on-year.More and more fresh agricultural products enter the urban and rural circulation links,which puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency of rural collection and logistics.The two-way logistics demand for "consumer goods to the countryside and into the village" and "agricultural products from the village to the city" is still growing rapidly.In order to meet the production and living needs of rural residents,further release the consumption potential of rural areas,and help rural revitalization,the government is also on the improvement of rural areas.The delivery logistics system has been given great attention.However,at present,rural logistics is still facing problems such as poor "last mile" service capability,insufficient sustainable development capability,and weak cold chain transportation infrastructure.In response to these outstanding problems,the State Council recently released the 2022 Central Document No.1,proposing to comprehensively promote the construction of the rural logistics system from three aspects:"digital business development","multi-station integration" and "Internet+agricultural products going out of villages and cities".Based on this,this paper proposes to gather the business,resources,and manpower of multiple logistics enterprises,and build a rural two-way logistics joint distribution system integrating cold chain transportation and 100%distribution coverage through joint management and operation,and carry out the implementation of the logistics system.Research on location selection and route planning of distribution centers,so as to optimize logistics network and improve logistics efficiency.This paper firstly investigates and analyzes the current situation of rural logistics,and proposes to build a two-way logistics common distribution system in rural areas based on the characteristics of rural logistics at this stage and the factors that restrict development.Then it summarizes and reviews the related literatures at home and abroad from the aspects of rural logistics,common distribution,facility location and route optimization.Then,according to the characteristics of the location selection of the distribution center and the path planning of transportation vehicles,and considering the network structure and operation mode of the common distribution system,the time window constraints,capacity constraints,simultaneous pickup and delivery involved in the operation of the rural two-way logistics network Taking practical factors such as transportation mode and customer satisfaction into consideration,and taking the lowest total system cost consisting of facility construction and operation cost,vehicle transportation cost,and penalty cost as the objective function,a two-level planning model is constructed.In the upper model,it mainly solves the location problem of the rural two-way logistics joint distribution center,and the lower planning model studies the path planning of transport vehicles for the selected distribution center.Considering the good convergence of genetic algorithm in solving more complex optimization problems when solving the model,a two-layer genetic algorithm is selected and designed.Taking the upper layer genetic algorithm as the core of the algorithm,the lower layer algorithm dynamically transfers the obtained optimal path planning to the upper layer,and finally obtains the optimal solution through iterative optimization between the upper and lower layers.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the model and the algorithm,the rural areas around the X area are selected as the research objects for example analysis,and the optimal plan is obtained.Rich theoretical guidance can also effectively improve logistics efficiency and service level.
