| E-commerce and online shopping transactions in China have been growing in recent years with the rapid growth of the Internet and smartphone devices.China’s online retail sales rose 4 percent year on year to 13.79 trillion yuan in 2022,according to the National Bureau of Statistics.Among them,online sales of physical goods reached 11.96 trillion yuan,up 6.2 percent year on year,accounting for 27.2 percent of the total retail sales of consumer goods.In this case,China’s current logistics distribution capacity,has gradually fallen behind the pace.As the distribution of online shopping consumer goods is mainly small pieces,with various specifications and types,and features of wide distribution area,small batch and low frequency,the problem of terminal distribution of online shopping goods is difficult,which has plagued e-commerce enterprises,express delivery companies and consumers for a long time.In modern cities and rural areas,with the improvement of people’s living standards and pursuit of life,a service area located in residential areas,schools,stations and other densely populated places,in order to meet people’s requirements for shopping convenience,to provide convenient services for people in a convenient and quick way.However,at present,China’s convenience stores are mainly for the convenience of consumers to buy daily necessities,and lack of other convenience services,resulting in many convenience stores hard to achieve real profit,and even some convenience stores operating losses.However,convenience stores also have obvious advantages and characteristics.With the advantages of wide distribution and proximity to consumers,convenience stores can just solve the problem of terminal distribution of online shopping goods.Therefore,we can learn from the successful experience of foreign convenience stores,such as 7-11,to explore the construction of a new distribution mode of online shopping goods,which promotes and complements the characteristics of online shopping goods and convenience stores.This paper takes the rural areas of Jingyang County as the research area,explores the location of logistics terminal distribution from the perspective of express delivery enterprises through the understanding and grasp of the rural distribution of express outlets that need to be put into construction,and relies on the existing rural convenience stores to transform them into self-pick-up points cooperating with convenience stores.Aiming at the rural areas in Jingyang County where the population density is small,this paper puts forward the logistics mode that takes convenience store as the express delivery point.Through the elaboration and research of rural logistics problems,the paper carries out in-depth research and analysis from the distribution area and distribution route.Firstly,the AHP method is reasonably introduced to establish a scientific index system of convenience store location factors.Then,the subsequent spatial analysis of rural geographical data in Jingyang County is constructed.Finally,the rural areas served by each convenience store are divided by Tyson polygon method,so as to solve the difficult problem of selecting the self-pick-up point of rural express logistics terminal in Jingyang County. |
