With the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the industrial production area of Shengli Oilfield has been transferred from the city center to the edge of the city under the background of the transformation of urban construction from incremental to inventory.Early industrial production areas slowly evolved into "void Spaces".At the same time,it also produces certain resistance to the development and transformation of the future urban inner space, and restricts the development of the vitality of urban space.According to the research, the operation efficiency of the early oil production area has gradually slowed down, especially the Dongying Shengli oil field. The aging of its oil production equipment is no longer suitable for the requirements of modern mining operations, and it also faces the problem of the existence of old industrial plants in the city center. Therefore, how to properly protect and rationally reuse the modern industrial heritage and realize the organic integration of the old and new systems has become an important issue for the urban development of Dongying City.In order to study the transformation and upgrading of industrial relics in Dongying City in the urban microspace, this paper conducts a design survey on industrial relics of Ying 2 Well in Dongying City, and starts the design practice of this space. It is expected to provide reference for the small and micro space transformation of other resource-exhausted cities in China,so as to promote the organic transformation of modern urban space and sustainable development of the city.At the same time,in view of the development of regional economy and the cultural memory of the city, the theory of micro-space is integrated into the design to create high-quality,refined and interactive public cultural space.
