Research On The Space Reconstruction Design Of Industrial Heritage Buildings

The project was commissioned by the Nantong Tongzhou Erjia Printing and Dyeing Factory Co.,Ltd.,and completed the design of "Nantong blue printing cloth Intangible culture museum" on the basis of the interior and exterior space transformation of the old factory buildings of former Tongzhou Erjia Printing and Dyeing Factory.This is the protection of urban space,historical relics and ecological system,as well as a new interpretation of industrial heritage.Through the design,it realized the dialogue between the history,the present and the future,thus creates a harmonious living and recreation environment.This topic is based on the design and research of the spatial transformation of industrial heritage buildings,which aims to protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage and carry out the design concept of ecological and sustainable development.Through the comprehensive analysis of the Nantong blue print cloth,as well as fully considering the origin,development and market characteristics of blue print technology,this paper aims to seek the fit point between the protection of industrial heritage and cultural heritage through “ living,visual,perceptible and entity process that realize the communication between the present and the past ".It is in response to the call of Nantong to create a famous Chinese historical and cultural city,to add bright colors to the construction of the human environment and the construction of industrial civilization city.The transformation and upgrading of the city,especially for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage,will provide practical experience and referencce value.This paper mainly includes three parts: design market demand report,design theory research report and design process report.First,design the market demand report,This part mainly analyzes the protection and reuse policies of the industrial heritage of the intangible cultural heritage in the world,excavate the social and cultural values of the blue print technology,and reappear the two major historical conversion process from flourishing to recession,from abandonment to rebirth.Through the space transformation design to realize the unification of the design content and the form of expression,the old buildings display their functional,artistic and technical features after the transformation,which meet the actual needs of today's society,which is also the inevitable choice for the development of specific industries.Second,theoretical research reports,"Space transformation" as the breakthrough point,through the collection of ornamental,amusement,science and education,leisure is a body comprehensive public recreation sites related to the analysis of the case study,to explore space planning and design concept of the old industrial buildings,from keep continuity of the architectural culture,and conforms to the ideas of the "sustainable development" and "big demolition to build" in the old building reconstruction mode three aspects form dimethyl dyeing factory space transformation design concept and strategy.Three is the report of the design process,according to the design demand,research reports and design theory study on the basis of demand of dimethyl dyeing factory renovation,to launch "convergence" between the old and the new design concept,to nantong culture,aizen skill,engraving art space for cultural theme,guide the specific design of indoor and outdoor space,respectively.The design is guided by the combination of the blue calico intangible cultural heritage and the indoor and outdoor space of the industrial heritage,so as to realize the effective inheritance and protection of it.On this basis,the author points out the role and significance of the design materials and lifestyle in the design of industrial heritage buildings,and emphasizes that the rational transformation design can not only create a unique style and distinctive architectural scheme,but also carry forward the industrial heritage culture on the level of tracing history and enjoying the humanities.It will highlight the new technology,new style and new concept in the development of blue print cloth in the new era.
