| Today,In the rapid rise of the national economy,the country and the People’s demand for electricity continues to improve,but there is a shortage of electricity supply.In order to ease the contradiction between power supply and demand,state grid corporation has increased investment in power construction.However,in order to obtain maximum profits,some power construction enterprises take measures such as reducing costs and speeding up the construction schedule,which lead to various quality problems and hidden safety problems in the completed power facilities,in the future use of not only to power grid operation and maintenance work increased difficulty.But once the accident occurs,will cause the heavy loss to the economy even appears the personal casualty incident.As the most important part of power engineering construction,the construction quality control of substation engineering is especially important,and the project quality risk control plays a decisive role in quality control.In order to improve the quality level of substation construction project,this paper will take 35 k V HT substation new construction project as an example from the angle of optimizing project quality risk control,the methods to improve the quality risk of substation construction project are studied.First of all,through reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature and through the project site research,identify the experience and shortcomings of quality management in the process of substation construction.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and literature analysis,by inviting experts to carry out on-the-spot discussion and questionnaire survey,13 risk factors of quality management were identified.Then,the types of quality management risk factors in the three stages of 35 k V HT substation construction are determined by factor analysis method,and the comprehensive weight analysis of quality risk factors is carried out.Finally,this paper constructs a four-dimensional characteristic engineering quality risk assessment model,the quality risk grade of each stage of the substation is evaluated from four different dimensions: probability of occurrence,degree of damage,uncontrollable degree and unpredictability degree,and according to the risk level of each stage to develop the corresponding control methods,establish the company’s35k V substation project quality control system,further optimize the substation project quality management. |
