High quality construction and high standard management are the basis for the survival of electric power enterprises and the basic guarantee for stable power supply and continuous expansion of power supply scope.In China,the power industry has always been a state-controlled industry and basic industry.Most of the power companies are state-owned enterprises and state-controlled enterprises.The power companies in a monopoly position have great advantages in resource allocation,because of the existence of such advantages,they have made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s electric power.However,due to the lack of competition in the market of monopoly power enterprises,it also leads to the lack of competition consciousness and sense of crisis.In addition,there is no perfect quality management mechanism in management,which leads to some problems in the quality of some power construction projects.This project takes the upgrading and reconstruction project of 110 kV substation of M company in a area as the research object,with the help of the relevant theory of project construction project quality management,combined with the actual installation project of substation in a area,analyzes the construction quality problems in the construction of M company,from the preparation stage of pre installation construction drawing review,personnel training,to the site installation and commissioning construction of the project And then to the acceptance and delivery of the project,we have carried out all-round and whole process quality management,and put forward relevant methods to deal with engineering quality problems.On this basis,the paper analyzes the effect of the basic measures and methods of quality management in the actual construction,and summarizes and analyzes the relevant experience and lessons,so as to provide reference for the quality management of the installation and construction of other substations in M company.The problems of quality management in M company include: rigid quality management mechanism,weak quality awareness of cadres and staff,unclear quality improvement effect,unreasonable incentive mechanism,and insufficient systematic and in-depth quality training.The main reasons leading to the quality management problems of M company are: over emphasis on quality inspection,ignoring the top-level design of quality management system;the staff attach importance to the progress of quality,but ignore the quality;the pursuit of responsibility is not thorough.
