Under the severe international economic situation and fierce market competition,enterprises pay more attention to procurement management.Especially in indirect material procurement,there is a greater room for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Combined with the data of the J Company of Guangzhou Railway for last three years,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the procurement process,and put forward the optimization scheme.This paper,guided by the theory of process optimization and indirect procurement management,studies the current situation of indirect material procurement process of J Company,analyses the existing problems of management process,and puts forward the optimal design scheme of indirect material procurement management.The optimization design includes: using ABC classification to classify the indirect material procurement,refining the planning management link,simplifying the approval management link,strengthening the implementation process,strengthening the supplier evaluation management.The optimized purchasing management flow chart is created,and the safeguard measures such as optimizing organizational structure,strengthening personnel,system,training and information construction are put forward.The optimized process will be more conducive to ensuring the supply of indirect material and making the company's procurement management more efficient.This research has practical significance for increasing profits and economic benefits of J company,and has reference significance for enterprises of the same scale and similar industries.
