Company D,a Japanese brand in the air conditioning industry,has faced a huge challenge in reducing sales in the Chinese consumer market in the past two years.The difficult domestic sales situation of the air conditioning industry has forced Company D to find it difficult to open source,and can only reduce costs by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Optimizing the MRO material procurement management of enterprises has become an important issue for company managers.MRO is the abbreviation of Maintenance(maintenance),Repair(Repair),and Operations(Operation)in English,which refers to non-production materials in the enterprise that are not directly used to produce finished products,and are used for related equipment maintenance,repair and production office operations.MRO materials are always a difficult point for procurement management improvement due to their complex categories,small single purchase volume,and poor planning.The current offline price comparison procurement model of three integrated suppliers has many disadvantages,such as complex procurement approval process and low procurement efficiency.In recent years,under the wave of digital procurement,a large number of industrial e-commerce platforms based on the Internet and with massive industrial products as the main transaction body have been vigorously developed.The industrial products e-commerce platform has the advantage of low process cost because of its advantages of sunshine and transparency,simple process and high degree of digitalization.The industrial products e-commerce platform provides a new option for the optimization of the MRO procurement process of Company D.Taking Company D,a joint venture between Japan and AVIC,as an example,this paper actively explores novel e-commerce digital procurement management methods,and optimizes the MRO general product procurement process by combining BPR(business process reengineering)theory in business administration.By drawing the business process diagram,the existing business process is visually displayed,and the ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers)analysis method is used to sort out and diagnose the procurement process,and it is found that the procurement business process has problems such as long process time,too many process nodes,long time of model confirmation process,and large proportion of non-value-added activities such as approval.After summarizing the process problems,the efficient digital procurement process of e-commerce is used through cooperation with industrial electronic supermarket platform,and the ECRSI(delete,merge,rearrange,simplify,add)transformation method in business process reengineering is used to reconstruct the business process of the procurement process.After process optimization,the procurement process data before and after optimization was comprehensively evaluated,and the statistics showed that the new process shortened the overall time of the procurement process,reduced the number of nodes in the procurement process,increased the time ratio of value-added activities,improved the overall efficiency of the procurement process,and reduced the cost of the enterprise process.
