With the deepening of globalization and the intensification of market competition,coupled with the rising of raw materials and labor costs,enterprises have become more and more difficult to operate,and their profit margins have become smaller and smaller.In this market environment,the advantages of procurement in corporate competition have gradually begun to appear,which plays a key role in reducing corporate costs and increasing corporate profits.Especially in manufacturing enterprises,Procurement cost reaches More than 60% of the enterprise's operating cost,and the reduction of procurement costs has a doubling relationship with the improvement of corporate profits.Therefore,in the new market competition environment,the strengthening of procurement management has been of great significance to enterprises.This paper selects H company,which is a storage equipment manufacturing company,as the research object.The paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and problems of H company's procurement management,and finds and explores ways and methods for H company to improve the procurement management level.Firstly,The paper outlines the related theories of procurement and procurement management,and analyzes the characteristics of procurement management under the supply chain model,and then the paper describes the operating status of H company from several aspects such as procurement organization structure,procurement process,material classification,and supplier management.The paper applies ASME,comparative classification and other methods to find its existing problems,for example,the lack of strategic procurement functions of the company's organizational structure,the procurement process is too lengthy,the material classification is not based on the importance of materials and supply risks,and the lack of systematic performance evaluation of suppliers and so on.Finally,The thesis puts forward targeted optimization suggestions on the reorganization of procurement organization structure,simplification and supplementation of procurement processes,scientific classification and cost control of procurement material management,selection andevaluation,and performance evaluation of supplier.and elaborates the method and guarantee measures for the optimized implementation of H company's procurement management.Company H is a private enterprise that reforms and develops by relying on macro-policy opportunities and its own efforts to develop,and has certain representativeness.The research of the thesis has strong practical guiding significance for H company to optimize procurement management,and It also has certain enlightenment and reference significance for other similar domestic manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of purchasing management.
