In recent years,As the government attaching more importance to the people’s livelihood project,as well as people’s residents’ demand for the life of high quality,the number of parks in our country shows an obvious rising trend.On November 1,2020,W City,where the Y Park is located,officially implemented the Exquisite City Construction Regulations of W City.It is clear that parks,squares,green spaces and other public places and residential areas should be equipped with venues for national fitness activities.Pushing windows to see the green and going out to see the gardens should be integrated into citizens’ daily life.It can be seen that the local government puts the park project in a very important position in urban construction.For the construction of the park project,he construction period of the park project is tight,the task is heavy,the construction is difficult,the progress management is particularly important.The association chain method selected and applied in this thesis is a tool widely used in schedule management.With the help of software,this thesis completes the determination of critical path and the identification of resource conflicts,resulting in more preparation and higher efficiency,which can help the construction unit quickly develop the optimal strategy and effectively reduce the delay and loss of construction period caused by uncertainty factors for the construction unit.The Y Park project selected in this thesis has been delayed due to the late determination of the design scheme and construction unit.As an important livelihood project in this year,in order to ensure its timely completion and opening to the public,this thesis combines the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods of progress management to optimize the project schedule and avoid the risk of construction delay.Firstly,based on the actual situation,the problems existing in the current Y Park project schedule management are analyzed,the construction process is decomposed by WBS,and then the project schedule network diagram is prepared.Finally,on the basis of considering the resource constraints,the existing schedule is optimized,the critical path is determined,and the buffer is inserted,and the buffer is monitored in real time,At the same time,the construction period guarantee system should be established,and the Gantt chart forward line and other tools should be used to check and control the construction progress regularly to ensure the completion on schedule.After optimization,the Y Park project was actually completed 25 days ahead of the original plan,and all milestone nodes were completed within the planned time,which ensured the smooth implementation of the project,and also summarized the problems found in the optimization process.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can provide certain practical significance and reference for similar projects.
