In the current context of increasing ageing, the issue of movement disorders caused by ageing, disease or trauma is gradually gaining attention. However, there are still many shortcomings in the current sports rehabilitation training related products, including boring and tedious training that is difficult to adhere to,the lack of timely quantitative assessment of training results, and the lack of targeted adaptive training systems. With the advancement of technology, virtual reality has gained importance in the field of rehabilitation training. Its advantages include:providing rich perceptual stimuli to improve the fun of training and enhance training motivation;obtaining training data and trainer’s body movement data in real time, providing conditions for evaluation and adaptive adjustment during training. However, most of the current virtual reality rehabilitation training designs are still at the basic stage, mainly addressing issues such as technical implementation and application, but lacking in the design of its audiovisual elements and human-computer interaction issues. Therefore, the main research objective of this project is to establish a design framework for virtual reality rehabilitation training systems by comprehensively studying the characteristics of virtual reality rehabilitation training, identifying problems from the perspective of user experience, and studying the movement characteristics of trainers in virtual reality from the perspective of human-computer interaction,so as to achieve adaptive training strategy adjustment. The aim of this project is to explore the design method of virtual reality-based rehabilitation training, specifically including the following five aspects of research:(1)researching the methods, mechanisms of action and theories related to virtual reality-based rehabilitation training;(2)researching the user needs of virtual rehabilitation training, conducting core user needs by researching the psychological, physiological and physical aspects of the target population through user research, and designing experiments on virtual reality physiological indicators and motor behavior indicators in the process of rehabilitation training;(3)analyze virtual rehabilitation training exercises, clarify the intensity and movement adjustment rules and methods of upper limb rehabilitation training for different levels of motor control;(4)research virtual reality rehabilitation training design methods, establish a design strategy framework, and provide support for adaptive virtual reality rehabilitation training design research;(5)design practice:design The virtual rehabilitation training platform is designed, and the user requirements obtained from the previous research are converted into design elements, and the series of feedback adjustment frameworks established by the experimental analysis are jointly introduced into the design process of virtual rehabilitation training to carry out design practice. This project investigates the design of an adaptive virtual reality upper limb rehabilitation training system based on motion analysis, and explores the impact of the audio-visual design and human-computer interaction features on user perception and motion performance in virtual reality, establishes a framework for the design of a virtual reality rehabilitation training system, proposes an adaptive rehabilitation training method, and carries out design The design framework of the virtual reality rehabilitation training system was developed, the adaptive rehabilitation training method was proposed, and the design was implemented and validated. The research improves the effectiveness of rehabilitation training and provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of virtual reality technology in the field of rehabilitation. |
