With the improvement of people's living standard and the aging of the population,the neurological damage caused by stroke and other diseases caused abnormal body movement,which seriously affected the daily life and work of the patients.Studies have shown that appropriate rehabilitation training for motor dysfunction caused by stroke patients can effectively enhance recovery and improve limb movement,while reducing the cost of expensive long-term care.However,the traditional rehabilitation training methods exist in a single model,the training process boring and lack of quantitative rehabilitation assessment,while the high cost of rehabilitation costs,and in recent years with the rehabilitation of medical theory and the development of new means of rehabilitation technology,virtual reality technology because of its immersion Sense,interactivity and multi-perception of new features such as rehabilitation training.At the same time,the EMG signal can reflect the characteristics of limb movement and the change law,and can obtain the functional characteristics of limb movement and achieve the accurate evaluation of the rehabilitation status of the patient.Therefore,this article will explore the EMG signal and physical movement within the link,combined with virtual reality to build rehabilitation training system,the specific work of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the defects of traditional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation robot are introduced.The research status of rehabilitation training based on EMG and virtual reality is analyzed respectively.Based on the medical basis of rehabilitation system design,the rehabilitation system based on EMG and virtual reality is designed,and the idea of overall scheme design of rehabilitation system is clarified.Secondly,the surface electromyography model is constructed,and the noise is removed by the filter.The moving data of the active section is taken by the moving method of the sliding window,and the electromyography is carried out by using the integral electromyography,the AR model and the maximum wavelet decomposition.The motion intention of the signal is extracted,and the division of the limb action pattern suitable for the classifier is selected.Thirdly,a new method of electromotive force selection based on mutual information maximization is proposed,which is based on the redundancy of the electromyography and the extraction of the feature extraction process,which affects the difficulty and recognition of the classifier.The results show that the effectiveness of the algorithm is improved from the aspects of cumulative contribution rate and recognition rate of action mode.Finally,the realization of rehabilitation system based on EMG and virtual reality,including the design and implementation of hardware and software functions of rehabilitation system,and the training strategy and operation flow of rehabilitation system are introduced.At the same time,the systematic study of the patients was carried out.The performance of the system was analyzed from the aspects of the reduction of the theoretical algorithm,the recognition rate of the system and the effect of rehabilitation evaluation,and verified the superiority of the traditional system.
