Abstract/Summary:
As an excellent state-owned enterprise in the construction industry for many years,A construction company has been constantly innovating and making progress in the development process of more than 40 years from its establishment to now,and has gradually become the local construction company with the highest brand reputation and popularity in the real estate construction industry.Since its establishment,A construction company has been adhering to the craftsman spirit of "high standard,high quality,high satisfaction".Through continuous self-progress,it has made remarkable achievements,maintained the continuous growth of the company’s business,and won various honors and awards in the industry.However,compared with advanced construction enterprises at home and abroad,A construction company still has the traditional consciousness of neglecting basic research and corporate culture,staying in extensive project investment and development,with little technological innovation and low management level.It has not seriously considered the sustainable development and long-term competitive strategy of the company.To further promote the reform of the enterprise,optimize the internal structure,improve the executive power of the enterprise,and adapt to the needs of the form,A construction company needs to adjust its corporate positioning in time and optimize the development mode.In this context,this paper takes A construction company as the research object,takes competitive strategy theory,value chain theory and other theories as the theoretical basis,consults relevant literature about competitive strategy and construction company competitive strategy,summarizes and draws lessons from relevant research experience.Then this paper applies EFE,IFE,QSPM,and SWOT analysis model.The internal and external environment faced by A construction company is analyzed and evaluated.Through comprehensive analysis of the opportunities,threats,strengths,and weaknesses faced by A construction company,A construction company should adopt the optimal competitive strategy as the differentiation strategy after QSPM matrix quantitative analysis.Based on the actual situation of A construction company,the implementation of differentiation strategy is determined,namely the implementation of differentiation strategy in five aspects:business,product,service,technology and brand.To carry out the differentiation strategy smoothly,it provides the implementation safeguard measures from six aspects:management and organization,human resources,information technology,financial capability,brand quality and corporate culture.
