In the face of China's economic quality growth and structural transformation and upgrading,in the constant emergence of international trade frictions and negotiations,enterprise management is becoming more and more scientific,and the competitiveness of international integration is gradually emerging.Under the guidance of scientific management thought,enterprise competition strategy becomes more mature and scientific.It can not only help enterprises to have a clear understanding of the internal and external environment,but also help to set development goals and strategic planning suitable for the current reality.As a result,all employees have the same goal,and both managers and ordinary employees can have a higher cohesion and sense of organizational honor,which is of great benefit to the optimization of enterprise resources and the enhancement of core competitiveness.This can not only reduce costs and increase efficiency,but also has a great help to achieve corporate goals.With the continuous deepening of urbanization,the supporting environment of the city is gradually becoming more and more perfect.For the construction industry,the general market will be constantly compressed,and the region or surrounding market of the enterprise can no longer meet the development needs of the enterprise,so it must improve its competitiveness to enter other fields or markets.At the same time,globalization and the integration of information development also make the original geographical advantages of enterprises have been broken.The fierce competition makes the application of strategic management theory and competitive strategy of construction enterprises more important.This paper takes S company as the research object,analyzes the external macro environment of the company with PEST method,including political,economic,social and technical aspects.Porter's "five forces model" is used to analyze the industry environment of the company,and it is clear that in the external environment of the company,although opportunities will coexist with challenges for a long time,there are still many factors conducive to its sustainable development.For the internal environment of S company,the value chain analysis method is adopted to evaluate the internal and external factor matrix analysis tool based on the basic and auxiliary activities of the enterprise.After that,SWOT analysis tool was further used to comprehensively evaluate the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the overall and main businesses of S company.S company has the following external opportunities:domestic political stability,legal clarity;The economy is in an important period of strategic opportunities;The global economy has entered a new stage of growth.Improved Labour markets and new models for innovation;The "transport powerhouse" has led to a rebound in infrastructure investment.The main external threats faced by S company are as follows:international conflicts persist and trade frictions increase;The new situation of infrastructure investment puts forward new requirements;Industry competitors are numerous,strong;Raw materials and labor costs rise,environmental pressure increased;Buyers have strong bargaining power.S company has the following internal advantages:strong market development ability;Established many years,the brand reputation is high;Rich construction ability and experience;Talent introduction incentive mechanism is sound,the structure is more reasonable;Good social relations,strong union;Asphalt,steel bridge deck construction technology industry leading.S company has the following internal disadvantages:weak service ability and awareness;Lack of cost management concept;Lack of sensitivity in resource allocation;Inadequate management of subcontractorsWhen using the SWOT analysis company S internal and external environment,by analyzing the internal value chain,from the basic activities of construction enterprises,project contracting,internal logistics,project construction,project delivery and service)and auxiliary activities(company foundation,human resource management,technology development and procurement management)four aspects determine its core competitiveness,to determine the company S strategic choice should be differentiation strategy.In the process of implementing the differentiation strategy,it is proposed that the proj ect contracting capacity should be refined and optimized by attaching importance to the corporate image and brand advantages,providing differentiated services to high-quality owners,and strengthening the market exploration ability Internal logistics management,project construction,and project delivery and service should also be refined and optimized.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of S company's differentiated competition strategy,it is also necessary to attach importance to the protection of corporate culture,organizational structure,human resource management,capital operation and information technology for the strategy.Based on the analysis and summary of the internal and external environment of S company,aiming at a series of problems faced by S company,and on the basis of strategic choice,specific measures and strategic guarantee,this paper makes a research on the development of enterprise competitive strategy.After a series of analysis,this paper plays a guiding role in the deeper development of S company,and also has reference value for similar enterprises in the same industry.
