Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of Photovoltaic Industry Investment Attraction Project In Tai ’An High-tech Zone

With the rapid deterioration of the global ecological environment,human beings have encountered unprecedented survival difficulties,such as global warming,the intensification of extreme weather,etc.,which has greatly affected the the sustainable development of the economy of all countries.The environmental problems need to be solved,and the people’s welfare needs to be implemented.For China,the final answer to these problems is to resolutely implement the new development concept and take the road of green development in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The important and specific approach is to vigorously develop the new energy industry,optimize the industrial structure,reduce the dependence on the use of traditional energy,and realize the economic development of the curve overtaking.The photovoltaic industry has a unique representativeness and application prospect in the development of new energy.China’s provinces and cities have also worked on the project for many years,and have a relatively mature set of industry standards and market scale.However,in the process of attracting investment in most regions,there are still problems such as low management level and unreasonable project development planning,which affect the development effect of the photovoltaic industry project in the region.This paper takes Tai’an High-tech Zone as an example to carry out the application research on the evaluation system of investment promotion projects in the photovoltaic industry,hoping to provide some suggestions for optimizing the investment promotion layout of the photovoltaic industry and improving the relevant standards,and promote the high-quality landing and long-term development of the photovoltaic industry.Based on clarifing the background,the goal and the meaning of the research,this paper analysed the basic situation and main problems of photovoltaic industry investment attraction project in Tai’an High-tech Zone.The causes of the problem were explored,and the evaluation index system of Tai’an High-tech Zone’s photovoltaic industry investment project was constructed.The evaluation index system,judgment matrix,weight calculation and one-time inspection were carried out using the analytic hierarchy process.Then,according to the basic principle of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the project is carried out,and the evaluation results in line with the actual situation of the topic and application are given.Based on the above results,from the perspective of development,the targeted development suggestions are put forward,so as to provide reference for the government.
