| Global economic competition attaches importance to the stock factor,and China’s economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.The impact of digitalization on the value creation of China’s manufacturing industry is increasing day by day.Under the double influence of the intensified changes in the international situation and the downward pressure of the domestic economy,internal and external resources are important factors to promote the innovation and development of manufacturing enterprises.The innovation of improving the original product technology upgrading and developing new products to occupy the market is becoming more and more important for the development of manufacturing enterprises.In the process of reform and opening up,although Chinese manufacturing enterprises make use of advantages such as resource endowment for rapid development,there are still problems such as lack of impetus for high-end innovation,low efficiency of internal resource utilization,excessive seeking of external resources,low utilization efficiency of existing resources,and insufficient reform degree of business structure and organizational form.Although the existing researches have studied the innovation resources of manufacturing industry,they still ignore the influence of the existing innovation resources on the dual innovation.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to and strengthen the role of internal stock factors in seeking external resources,study and design the improvement path of manufacturing enterprises’ incremental innovation and radical innovation from the perspective of gene,and put forward corresponding implementation strategies.It is of theoretical and practical significance for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to make use of digital technology to play the innovation allocation efficiency of existing resources,and obtain and highlight the competitive advantage.Firstly,the connotation,influencing factors,implementation path and gene research status of dual innovation in manufacturing enterprises were systematically reviewed,the connotation of gene,activity and dual innovation was defined,and the traditional research perspective of innovation factors was changed to explore dual innovation resources from the perspective of activity.Secondly,innovation factors are divided according to the perspectives of subject and object,element and connection,and the process of relationship,knowledge,employee and process activity and the dual innovation of manufacturing enterprises are analyzed to enrich the research horizon.The NCA method was used to verify the objective accuracy of the components that affect the activity of dual innovation elements,which improved the scientific nature of the identification frontier.The simulation models are constructed respectively under incremental innovation and radical innovation,and the order of incremental innovation in manufacturing enterprises is "knowledge activity--process activity--relationship activity--employee activity",and the order of radical innovation is "relationship activity--process activity--employee activity--knowledge activity",which reflects the research refinement,differentiation,uniqueness and depth.Thirdly,citespace,word frequency analysis,AHP,etc.are used to design the dual innovation path of manufacturing enterprises’ element activity order according to the above function order,and provide strategic guarantee for manufacturing enterprises to realize the dual innovation.Finally,with manufacturing enterprises A and B as the empirical objects of this paper,the selection basis is elaborated,the development status of dual innovation is analyzed,and from the perspective of genes,the path design is carried out for the incremental innovation of A manufacturing enterprise and the radical innovation of B manufacturing enterprise,and the implementation strategy is proposed to verify the operability of the path and implementation strategy proposed in this paper.This study can provide effective theoretical basis and new management ideas for dual innovation of manufacturing enterprises,provide effective and accurate support for the intervention timing and intervention order of dual innovation behavior,help deepen the cognition of the theory from the perspective of element activity,and conduct forward-looking thinking for the management departments of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and take multiple measures to explore efficient global strategies.Improve the efficiency of product and service innovation and provide guidance for long-term development. |
