Research On Optimization Of Storage Layout Of X Enterprise

The growth of automobile demand leads to the increasingly fierce competition in various automobile industries.How to occupy the upper hand in many automobile manufacturing industries,reduce cost and increase efficiency has become a problem studied by enterprises.The parts warehouse is an important part of the enterprise.The internal operation efficiency of the warehouse directly affects the logistics cost of the enterprise,which has an impact on the economic benefits of the whole enterprise,and then on the overall economy and market competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of the layout of the functional area of the parts warehouse of X enterprise,which is conducive to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the operating cost,and provide a reference for the warehouse layout of similar enterprises.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and significance of the topic,as well as the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on warehouse layout planning,and then briefly introduces the research methods,content and research route of the thesis.Secondly,it expounds the operation process and the current situation of functional area layout in the parts warehouse of X enterprise,and analyzes the existing problems of functional area layout;Thirdly,the SLP method is used to analyze the warehouse layout of X enterprise.Combined with the analysis results,the location correlation diagram of each functional area is obtained.Through the above analysis,two feasible layout schemes A and B are obtained;Then,the Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate the original warehouse layout and the two warehouse layouts obtained from the analysis.The simulation results from the four aspects of the warehouse are compared and analyzed,and the optimal layout is selected as the final optimization scheme;Finally,it summarizes the full text and puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects:business process,personnel and technology to ensure the smooth implementation of the new layout.This thesis makes layout planning for the parts warehouse of actual automobile manufacturing enterprises,uses SLP method for scientific layout,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and the application of Flexsim simulation software,analyzes the output simulation results,determines the layout scheme,solves the practical problems faced by X enterprise in the parts warehouse,and can also provide ideas for the layout planning of similar enterprises.
