| China’s space technology has successively broken through a series of world-leading technologies such as manned spaceflight,Chang’e lunar exploration,deep space exploration and space station marking a breakthrough in the development of science and technology in the field of space in China,consolidating the building of a space power,China’s space science and technology is walking in the world’s leading level.The enhancement of space technology strength drives the satellite application system used for observation in China to become increasingly mature.The data acquisition and processing capacity of remote sensing satellite in China is increasing both in quality and quantity.Satellite remote sensing technology has been widely used in all walks of life.In satellite application system construction projects,the loss caused by the success or failure of the project is often irreparable.As an important part of enterprise management,risk control can effectively improve the success rate of the project.This paper takes the actual project of cross application of remote sensing technology and cultural relic industry as the research object.Theory guides project practice and practice verifies management process.Based on the four risk management processes,this paper summarizes the project risk management status of H company’s remote sensing satellite application system through the practice of the project risk management process.In view of the problem,practical and scientific risk identification,analysis and evaluation methods,efficient risk tracking system are explored,and reasonable and feasible coping strategies are formulated.In the project,expert investigation method is used for risk identification,and analytic hierarchy process is applied to carry out quantitative project risk assessment,which provides a more efficient risk monitoring idea.The risk management results are summarized and uploaded to the asset database of the organization,so as to truly implement experience sharing within the organization.Through the research and summary of this paper,it is expected to promote H Company to improve the current situation of project risk management,improve the project managers’ awareness of risks,and provide certain help and reference for market development,follow-up construction of the project and the development of similar projects. |
