With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing market competition,enterprises must continuously optimize their profit models in order to obtain sustained competitive advantages.Currently,enterprises are building a value network system that meets their own development requirements,collaborating with all parties to achieve value co creation and sharing,which has become a trend of enterprise development and the times.This article takes Deyi Cultural and Creative company as the research object.Firstly,based on literature review and practical investigation,a theoretical analysis framework for profit models from the perspective of value networks is constructed;Secondly,establish an evaluation index system for the profit model of Deyi Culture and Creativity company,and use Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Analysis to conduct evaluation and analysis;Finally,based on the evaluation results,propose strategies for optimizing the profit model of Deyi Cultural and Creative company industries.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The Deyi Cultural and Creative Value Network includes two models: B2 C and O2 O,which have both similarities and their own characteristics.(2)The Deyi cultural and creative company profit model based on B2 C and O2 O value networks includes four elements: value proposition,value creation,value transmission,and value acquisition.(3)A quantitative evaluation index system for Deyi’s cultural and creative profit model has been constructed,consisting of one target layer,four criteria layers,and fourteen indicator layers.(4)Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,it was found that indicators such as value creation,core competencies,IP brand valuation,and product service strategies are more important;The evaluation results of the fuzzy analysis method show that Deyi Cultural and Creative company still needs improvement in terms of value creation and acquisition.(5)In order to optimize the profit model of Deyi Cultural and Creative company industries,in terms of value proposition,it is necessary to fully unleash customer value,improve product service strategies,and explore value connotations;In terms of value creation,it is necessary to enhance core competitiveness and strengthen community-based collaborative contract operation activities;In terms of value transmission,use the platform to build marketing communication channels and assign values to Chinese cultural IP;In terms of value acquisition,it is necessary to optimize the cost structure,enhance profitability,and achieve maximum utilization of the value network.This article aims to help Deyi Cultural and Creative company improve its value network and optimize its profit model.At the same time,we also hope to provide reference for the management of similar enterprises...
