With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for energy in all industries is increasing day by day.In order to better meet the diversified energy consumption needs of end customers,integrated energy services came into being.It can greatly reduce the energy cost of customers by means of multi-energy complementation,energy saving and consumption reduction,so as to improve economic benefits.Therefore,the state strongly supports the development of integrated energy service industry.At the same time,all kinds of market players have also set foot in the industry,making the market competition increasingly fierce.But with the promulgating of the 531 policy,the whole industry has suffered a huge shock.As one of them,J company’s production and operation has also been greatly affected.J company has developed rapidly since its establishment and has become the industry representative in Guangdong province in 4 years.However,due to the influence of policies,its profit model has undergone a series of major changes.Therefore,it is of great significance for the current and long-term development of J COMPANY to conduct an in-depth study on the company’s profit model and development status by referring to the relevant research results of existing scholars.This paper takes J Company as the research object,and the research content is mainly divided into five parts: First,through the introduction of the research background,as well as the overview of the research results,research content and methods at home and abroad,the research structure and framework of the whole paper is clarified for readers to read;Secondly,the definition,constituent elements and characteristics of profit model are also summarized and analyzed,and relevant research theories cited in this paper are described,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research and analysis of this paper.Thirdly,it describes the general situation of J company’s development,resources and profit model,paving the way for in-depth analysis of J company’s profit model;Then,according to the general situation of J company in all aspects,analyze the company’s financial situation and the elements of the existing profit model,and point out the existing problems of its profit model;Finally,according to the problems existing in the profit model of J Company,improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward,so as to promote the stable development of J Company,realize the improvement of its core competitiveness,and provide theoretical guidance for other related enterprises.
