Study On Cost Control In The Design Stage Of Fujing Jiayuan Project

Based on the theory of cost control,combined with the actual situation of JLcompany,taking FJ project cost control as a case study,this paper carded and studied the key points of cost control in project design stage,in order to solve JL company in the real estate project development and design stage of cost control.In this paper,JL company through the pre-real estate cost control process of the review,cost control results of the analysis,cost control literature collection and research through experience summary and other means,the problem of cost control in the project design stage in Company JL is obtained,and the root cause of the problem is analyzed by the method of causal analysis graph.This paper studies the cost control of Project FJ in the design stage by the methods of quota design,value engineering and Comprehensive Evaluation The guarantee measures of idea,system,organization and communication mechanism are worked out to ensure the successful realization of FJ project cost control.The research results have certain reference value and function for JL company’s cost control in the future real estate project design stage and other similar company’s cost control in the real estate project design stage.
