| During the construction process of an engineering project,there are quite a few related participants including the design institute,construction enterprises,supervision unit and the owner,etc.Moreover,the long construction period,complex structure,information delay can bring about some changes and more rework in engineering,which will seriously affect the progress of the project and the cost management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish information sharing BIM(Building Information Modeling)digital platform to strengthen the communication in order to achieve cost savings and ensure an efficient progress.As a result,it is an inevitable trend of building industry to use BIM technology in the management of the construction project cost and the construction management.In this dissertation,taking the comprehensive skyscraper Xi’an Wang Jing International Plaza as a research object,based on the space geometric and initial construction materials information,the BIM3D constructional model is established with BIM.The information base of this model data directly reveal the full information like the outline inner structure materials and spatial scale,and permit the real-time data information sharing of completeness,relevance and consistency,which can realize the delicacy management of the cost progress and constructional process.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.On the basis of the architecture and structure plan,the BIM3D information model of the project is established.The communication,exchange,joint examination of drawings,visual technical disclosure can be performed through the visual model.2.Taking Wang Jing International plaza project as an example,the application of BIM technology in various stages of project cost management is demonstrated.3.In the construction phase,the schedule control simulation of the Wang Jing International plaza is performed,the difference is checked between the actual schedule and design schedule,and then scheme optimization etc can be carried out.4.During the construction of Wang Jing International plaza project,detailed management of BIM5D is implemented and the cost control is carried out.Herein,the research on the application of BIM technology to this project has provided definite experience and thought for the achievement of efficient management goal of cost management.The detailed construction process of buildings has been revealed in details on the time axis during the visible process simulation of construction period,which effectively reduces the negative phenomenon such as re-doing,alteration and the waste of material.Meanwhile,the dynamic supervision and management,implemented by BIM 5-dimensional technology,could actually save cost,improve the cost control ability and project management so as to realize the refined construction management.Data accumulated by this project can provide the reference data for similar projects,which can achieve the quick decision、optimization,progress control and cost reduction. |
