| With the development of Internet+logistics,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Communications and the Tax Authorities have launched corresponding policies to promote the healthy development of the logistics industry,and the network freight platform has shown a booming trend.The rapid development of online freight platforms has brought opportunities for the transformation of traditional logistics,but there are also many problems and drawbacks in the actual development process.Competition between platforms is becoming increasingly fierce,and margins are becoming thinner and thinner,many companies are facing problems such as single profit model,unclear market positioning and lack of core competitiveness,and some online freight platforms have even been shut down due to non-compliance with operations.In order to improve the competitiveness of the platform in the entire industry and increase its share in the online freight market,many online freight platforms are exploring new platform operating models and adopting new strategies to maintain the sustainable development of the platform.Therefore,with the continuous changes in the competitive environment,how to adopt the correct operating mode in order to adapt to the needs of market development is what the current network freight platform urgently needs to pay attention to.The author has been engaged in the work of network freight,and has a certain understanding of the operation mode and market expansion mode of Y company in the early stage of development.And the company currently has some logistics-related business.This paper mainly starts from theoretical research,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of business ecosystem and the research of domestics and foreign scholars on the network freight platform from different angles,combined with the interview survey method,discusses the problems in the operation of the Y network freight platform with middle and senior management of Y company and the reasons behind the problems,based on the theory of business ecosystem,deeply analyzes the pain points of the customer group of the Y network freight platform,optimizes the operation mode of the Y network freight platform,and solves the low profit margin for the platform.Contribute to the single issue of profit model.The article first understands the basic situation and operation mode of Y network freight company through the interview survey method,and summarizes the main problems in the operation process of the Y network freight platform.Further through the interview survey method and the Y platform management personnel in-depth research,combined with the characteristics of the business ecosystem theory,the main reasons behind the analysis of the problem are that the customer needs cannot be fully satisfied,the platform cargo owner resource integration ability is poor,and the service function is single.Based on these reasons,the operation optimization strategy of increasing freight factoring business,integrating the resources of platform cargo owners,and building an ecological network freight platform was determined.So as to provide customers with more comprehensive services,realize the value of the platform at the same time,improve the profit margin of the platform.The research shows that the research based on the business ecosystem theory adapts to the development needs of the current Y network freight platform,and can help the Y network freight platform to optimize the operating mode and adapt to the current market development in combination with its own advantages,so as to maintain the core competitive advantage of the platform and achieve sustainable development.It is also hoped that in the current economic environment,it will provide some enlightenment for similar companies to improve their existing operating models and explore core competitiveness. |
