Research On Road Freight Service Quality Improvement Strategy Based On Network Platform Quality Supervision

Internet platform road freight service(hereinafter referred to as "Internet freight service")is a new format and new model of road freight service formed under the drive of "Internet +".With the strong support of national policies,my country’s online freight services have developed rapidly,and a large number of transportation companies have poured into the online freight service market.However,according to the actual investigation,due to the virtual nature of the network,there is information asymmetry,and the actual carrier has various illegal operations in order to seek personal benefits,such as driver yawing,carrying goods on the road,delaying delivery time,and on-time delivery rate.Low cargo damage,serious cargo damage,etc.,so that the quality of transportation services cannot be guaranteed and the legitimate rights and interests of the shipper are damaged.Therefore,how to strengthen the supervision of online freight service quality and effectively improve the level of online freight service quality has become a key problem that needs to be solved urgently by the government supervision departments and online freight platforms in my country.Based on the above background,this paper takes the online freight service quality supervision as the starting point,and introduces the online freight platform into the main body of road freight service quality supervision.The mechanism of behavior selection in the process,and the strategy to promote the improvement of freight service quality.The main research work and research results are as follows:(1)Build the evolutionary game model of the actual carrier and the shipper under the platform’s dynamic punishment/reward mechanism respectively,analyze the equilibrium point stabilization strategy,take Yunman as an example,use MATLAB to simulate the evolutionary game path,and verify the action mechanism of the relevant influencing factors.This study reveals the formation mechanism of the "supervision dilemma" of road freight service quality under the supervision of online freight platforms.(2)Build an evolutionary game model between the government and the platform,analyze the equilibrium point stabilization strategy,use MATLAB to simulate the evolutionary game path,and verify the action mechanism of the relevant influencing factors.The behavior selection mechanism of the two major regulatory bodies,the government regulatory department and the network freight platform,in the process of quality supervision is revealed.(3)Build an evolutionary game model between the government,the platform and the actual carrier,and build models from three aspects: the general three-party game model,the rent-seeking behavior of the actual carrier,and the feedback of the shipper.The equilibrium point stabilization strategy is analyzed,and MATLAB is used to simulate the evolutionary game path to verify the action mechanism of the relevant influencing factors.It reveals the behavior selection mechanism of government supervision departments,online freight platforms and actual carriers in the process of quality supervision.(4)Build an evolutionary game model of the platform,actual carrier and shipper under government regulation,analyze the equilibrium point stabilization strategy,use MATLAB to simulate the evolutionary game path,and verify the action mechanism of the relevant influencing factors.It reveals the behavior selection mechanism of online freight platform,actual carrier and shipper in the process of quality supervision under government regulation.(5)Explore the improvement strategy of road freight service quality based on network freight platform supervision.The research conclusions and supervision implications are as follows: when the proportion of shippers choosing to complain is relatively large,the online freight platform chooses a strategy of active supervision to promote the actual carrier to improve the quality of transportation services;while when the proportion of shippers choosing to complain is relatively small,the network The negative supervision strategy of freight platform can promote the actual carrier to improve the quality of transportation service.Under the active supervision of the online freight platform,when compensating for the transportation services that do not meet the standards,the strategy of sharing the compensation cost between the actual carrier and the online freight platform is a particularly effective method to improve the quality of transportation services.
