In recent years,the modern logistics market has developed rapidly and the transportation needs of customers have become higher and higher.The competition among various modes of transportation is fierce.The traditional railway freight mode has been difficult to meet the needs of the modern freight market.The railway department has also begun to implement the freight reform system,and proposes reform ideas to simplify the process of railway freight transportation and provide customers with full-service logistics services.In this context,the paper studies the freight operation process of railway freight stations in order to improve the operational efficiency and service quality of railway freight operations and extend railway freight services.This has great significance for improving the core competitiveness of railway freight transportation in the transportation market.Firstly,the paper expounds the basic principles of railway freight transportation and coloring Petri nets.It provides theoretical techniques and methods for the optimization of the freight operation process.Secondly,it analyzes the transmission acceptance operation,cargo transfer operation and arrival delivery operation process of the railway freight station.The CPN model is established by using the colored Petri net modeling method.The model is qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively analyzed by the correlation matrix and simulation method.The qualitative analysis is mainly to verify the structural characteristics of the model.The quantitative analysis mainly analyzed the performance of the business process node.Through analysis,it summarizes the problems of low efficiency,single freight service,resource limitations at both ends of the station and the low quality of freight service in the existing freight transportation process of railway freight station.Then,according to the optimization purpose and principle of the business process,the freight operation process is optimized from the in-site process node and the off-site business.In the aspect of the process node,optimization measures are proposed for the time-consuming key nodes.In the field of off-site business,the paper analyzes the freight transportation mode and related resources of the railway freight station,and then proposes the door-to-door full-service freight flow optimization plan.A CPN model is built for each part of the optimization process.Finally,the optimized process model is simulated and compared with the pre-optimization business process to verify the optimization effect.The main innovation of the thesis is to analyze the existing railway freight station operation process and transportation resources,propose a resource integration method,and design a door-to-door freight operation process.In this paper,there are 29 pictures,27 tables,and 60 references.
