Abstract/Summary:
Water conservancy projects are one of the important components of my country’s infrastructure construction projects, and are of great significance to supporting the development of the national economy. In recent years, with the needs of economic development, ecological construction and improvement of human settlements, the number of water conservancy construction projects has surged.Among them, small water conservancy projects account for the largest proportion of water conservancy project construction projects planned and constructed each year due to their simple engineering technology, small investment quota and great significance in improving rural economic development. However, due to the small scale and small total investment of small water conservancy projects, the project builders do not pay enough attention to their risk management, lack the theoretical system of risk management, and have certain hidden risks.Taking the S reservoir project as an example, this paper takes the owner’s management as the research perspective, and carries out the risk management research for the small reservoir engineering construction project.Use expert interview method and questionnaire survey method to carry out risk identification of engineering construction projects, use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk analysis, formulate risk response plans and take risk response measures according to the risk assessment results, and solve the problems of small reservoir engineering construction projects. The problem of risk management provides certain methods for relevant grassroots workers to carry out risk management for small water conservancy construction projects.
