| As one of the major entities of economic development,manufacturing industry is accepting new development opportunities and reform challenges with the fast-growing of digital economy.Medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are an important part of China’s manufacturing industry.In order to ensure their competitiveness,they must follow the trend of The Times and carry out digital transformation strategically.As small and medium-sized enterprises,their digitalization degree is not high,so when adapting to the background of digital transformation,such enterprises choose to introduce ERP management information system.In the context of digital transformation and the post-epidemic era,some small and medium-sized companies with a certain information-based foundation have decided to carry out a whole process reengineering based on mobile ERP system and other cutting-edge technologies.W company is a collection of high-tech product research and development,design,manufacture,sales and related products of technical advisory services and the integration of science and technology enterprises,in this paper,starting from the digital transformation of W company background analysis,point out its digital transformation pain points,analysis of enterprise digital transformation of thinking,IT and business structure reengineering path.In order to gradually carry out the application activities based on digital transformation and mobile ERP system,W Company carried out business process reengineering activities and decided to start from the procurement process.The procurement process has four pain points:procurement efficiency,cost,supplier management and inventory management.The reasons are mostly limited to the current process and technical level.On the basis of enterprise digital transformation and mobile ERP system application,the reengineering of W company’s procurement process is carried out by using digital procurement technology,procurement cloud platform technology and RPA automatic robot technology.The specific reengineering activities include procurement process reengineering,procurement management reengineering,supplier management process reengineering and new ways of inventory management.In the following part,safeguard measures are taken for the reengineering process.Finally,through effect analysis and satisfaction survey,it is concluded that the procurement process reengineering of W Company under the background of digital transformation and mobile ERP is very effective and needs long-term persistence. |
