The Quality Improvement Study Of Meducation Technology Company Software Projects

With the gradual popularization of software in various fields,people have higher and higher requirements for software quality.y.However,the development status of some software projects is not very ideal.There are great differences in the management level of software project quality,lack of perfect quality management system,and there are many problems of project delay and project exceeding budget.Therefore,this thesis will do relevant research on how to improve the enterprise software project quality management ability.Taking the software project of M education technology company as an example,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the quality management process of the company’s software project by using the methods of in-depth interview,brainstorming and quantitative analysis,There are many problems,such as frequent requirement changes,non-standard document management,imperfect test management,inadequate project plan management,weak code quality of developers and so on.Based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)software project quality management theory,according to the actual situation of M education technology company,aiming at the existing quality problems and development environment,a set of software project quality management improvement scheme is formulated for the company.The scheme includes the improvement of organizational structure construction,demand management process,project planning,document configuration management and product quality assurance management.This thesis also lists the implementation process of the improvement scheme of software project quality management.At the same time,it is guaranteed in the aspects of human resources,company system,technology,finance and so on.The expected effect of the implementation of the improvement scheme is good,the problems such as project delay and project cost have been significantly improved,and the quality of software project has been significantly improved.The research of this thesis has a good reference role and reference value in improving software project quality management,helping enterprises survive in the highly competitive environment and increasing the competitiveness of the same industry.
