The software quality is the most important issue during software life cycle, It is the ultimate embodiment of all the development technique and verification methods during the software development process, In order to ensure the software quality, it's very important to bring forward an effective quality management mode combining with some quality management methods. In this paper, in view of the deficiency in measurement of traditional quality management mode, based on Capability Maturity Model Integration—CMMI which has been applied widely, measurement and analysis on the quality management mode have been make combining with practical activities in the interrelated process areas. Moreover, the synthetical evaluation index and statistical control technique have been introduced. In the end, an innovational quality management mode based on CMMI has been proposed. It break through the old mode in quantitative analysis and process control. Concretely, this paper's main research contents include:(1) The theory of quality management has been studied, the tools and modes using in quality management have been mastered, the relationship between process areas of CMMI and quality management have been made clear.(2) Quality management measurement mode has been proposed based on lack of measurement and data analysis of the present quality management, in order to analyze quality data which come from the YanNan Road Transportation Management System, a quality management evaluation system has been designed. Using this synthetical evaluation system, the data of defect management and scheduling management have been evaluated and analysed comprehensively.(3) the P control chart combining with statistical control technique has been introduced to control the defect removal effectiveness in the development stages. An process capability index taken as the control measure criteria has been calculated by Minitab to judge the controllable stability of the process in a system.(4) Concurrent Version System——CVS has been used as a configuration tool. It build a communication platform in a team in order to share the latest developing information in time. Furthermore, it enhance the timeliness and interaction of the process in quality management.This quality management mode pay more attention on measurement analysis. It have realized process control well and maken the development stabler. The result of measurement analysis is a good basis and reference for the late development. In a word, it has assisted the development team makes a good effect on quality management and given full play to the effectiveness during the development. |
