Research On Evaluation Of The Development Capacity Of Mass Innovation Space From The Perspective Of Innovation Ecosystem

Innovation-driven is the new driving force for Shanxi’s transformation and development.As an important pillar serving innovation and entrepreneurship,the mass innovation space vigorously drives innovation and development,and its essence is an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem that gathers innovation elements.Improving the development quality of the mass innovation space and driving the enthusiasm and creativity of various types of innovation subjects play an important role in the reform and innovation of Shanxi province’s system.However,the long-term extensive development has caused problems such as insufficient “hematopoietic” function,poor resource integration ability,and homogeneous services,which have seriously restricted the function of the mass innovation space.The main reason is that the mass innovation space has not been optimized from the ecosystem level.Based on the above background,this paper is based on the innovation ecosystem theory,and on the premise of building a maker-space ecosystem,analyzes factors influencing the development capacity of the mass innovation space,and then builds development ability evaluation index system,uses the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall and regional evaluation and analysis of the development capacity of the provincial the mass innovation space is carried out,and the main shortcomings restricting its development are found and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Empirical research shows that:(1)The distribution of comprehensive development capabilities of the mass innovation space in Shanxi Province is at an upper-middle level,but more than half of the maker-space’s comprehensive development ability is lower than the average,which needs further improvement.(2)The development capacity of the mass innovation space has different sensitivity to various influencing factors.Aggregated resources and innovative output capabilities have the greatest impact on the development capability of the mass innovation space,but the score is the lowest,which has become the most important shortcoming restricting the high-quality development of the mass innovation space.The management services and environmental support capabilities are relatively good,which has promoted the development of the mass innovation space.(3)There are significant differences in the regional development of the mass innovation space in Shanxi Province.The comprehensive development capacity of Taiyuan,Yangquan,and Changzhi is obviously better than that of other regions;Yuncheng,Jinzhong,Datong,and Luliang are next;Jincheng,Xinzhou,Linfen,and Shuozhou have weaker development capacity,and regional development is unbalanced.On this basis,this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of the mass innovation space in Shanxi Province:Strengthens the core community subsystem and improve the space management ability;Enriches the diversity of resource organization subsystem and improves the ability of gathering resources;Improves the ecological environment subsystem,stimulates innovation and entrepreneurship;Innovates the profit model and optimizes the innovation output subsystem;accurately implements differentiated strategies to achieve balanced regional development.
