The Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment To The Independent Innovation Ability Of Chinese Domestic Mobile Phone Manufacturers And Developing Strategy Suggestion

Since 1990's,domestic mobile industry as a department of the information industry has been taken an important action to promote our national economics's development,and gotten a prompt and significant development itself with the quick changing of the world information technique in the past years. But it has been in a disadvantage position for it starts later than others. What's more, domestic mobile has haven to face more and more fierce competition on the market and the reality also has been very grim when China became a member of WTO.Under the above background, this article chooses a typical example to insult to the Independent Innovation Ability of Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers.This thesis is based on the theory of independent innovation ability of corporation. Using qualitative research and quantitative research, first,this thesis analyzed the independent innovation ability of Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers and established the evaluation system to the independent innovation ability of Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers and the the determination of the Weight.The determination of the Weight in the research and development capabilities is 0.3133, the input capacity 0.0770 andthe innovation management capacity 0.0457.Based on the system,we drew a parallel between BIRD,TCL and NOKIA,MOTOLORA.The result shows that it has gap between the independent innovation ability of Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers and abroad corporations, especially in the input capacity, the research and development capabilities and the innovation management capacity.In the input capacity, Bird is 6.7684, TCL 6.8182, Nokia 7.9600, Motorola 8.3334; in the research and development capabilities, Bird is 6.8358, TCL 6.8358, Nokia 7.3766, Motorola 7.6225; in the innovation management capacity, Bird is 6.8358, TCL6.8358, Nokia 7.3766, Motorola 7.6225.The result can show us that the gap between the independent innovation ability of Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers and abroad corporations. The comparative analysis of domestic mobile phone manufacturers and foreign gaints in capital, technology, terms of management, human resource, network and brand show that domestic mobile phone manufacturers have little advantage. So the grow-up of it can provide basis for Chinese domestic mobile phone manufacturers to raise their independent innovation ability.On product, Chinese companies have no ability to compete the international Companies on the independent innovation ability. But Chinese companies have their advantages in other respects.They have chance to wine.At last, I give my suggestions on technical innovation, market segment,channel construction, service, liaison and extending the international market for the Chinese enterprises to compete with the international mobile phone companies. And I hope it would promote the domestic mobile's development in the future on the independent innovation ability.
