In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,more and more financial institutions have participated in wealth management business.By the end of 2021,China’s asset management scale has exceeded 25.5 trillion yuan.China has become the second largest wealth management market in the world,and buyers have gradually become the leading force of the market.Financial service providers must change their business model,pay more attention to customers,and develop wealth management products according to customers’ needs in order to win customers’ favor in the fierce competition.G company is a leading securities company in China.With the help of good reputation and reputation,it has accumulated a large number of original customers.For a long time,G company’s business model has been relatively conservative,relying on deep binding institutional users to maintain revenue,with simple customer classification and single product design.In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,the operating pressure of company G is increasing,and it is necessary to adjust its own wealth management business model according to market changes.Based on the relevant research of wealth management business at home and abroad,with the help of SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and other tools,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of G company in the competition and the opportunities and challenges brought by the macro environment.Then,with the help of cluster analysis tool,a reference standard for customer segmentation of G company is given.It also analyzes the customer relationship management of G company,combined with the wealth management business cases of other companies,and puts forward some suggestions for G company to improve customer classification and corresponding financial services in wealth management business.Finally,according to the proposed transformation suggestions,this paper supplements the safeguard measures for the transformation of wealth management business.It is hoped that through the above research,it can provide reference for the transformation of G company’s wealth management business,improve the profit model and enhance the market competitiveness through the development of wealth management business,and take this opportunity to improve the business chain,so as to realize the sustainable and good development of the company.
