In recent years,with the continuous and rapid growth of our national economy,the wealth of the residents has been accumulating rapidly,and the wealth customer group has grown and maintained rapid growth.With a significant return on income,wealth management has become a hot and competitive focus in China's financial sector.Wealth management has become a highly focused and highly developed business of commercial Banks,securities companies,fund managers companies,trust companies and other financial institutions.Competition is also becoming more and more intense.For as A quest to create "China's first retail bank" of A bank is not exceptional also,although A bank wealth management business started earlier,but due to the decentralized management,market environment and technical support limit,bank around "take the customer as the center" will foresee a bright future.Value of A bank as the larger state Banks and has strong industry representative.This article revolves around the analysis of characteristics of A bank wealth management customers,through the way of data analyses and sampling to collect the data and information,in the perspective of dynamic data analysis for wealth management clients describe characteristics of labels,all-round "marking",A detailed description of wealth management clients natural property,social property,economic property,behavioral property,cross index and satisfaction evaluation of six major characteristics,and in combination with the practical operation of A bank wealth management,Some Suggestions on the concrete application are submitted according to the results of data analysis.This article can provide suggestions to other peers in the industry insight into customer demand wealth management business development from the perspectives of management by A bank wealth management customers multidimensional characteristics analysis and application advice.
