| With the increase of disposable property of residents in China,the demand for asset allocation is gradually expanding.In combination with the influence of age,education and income of residents,the residents’ demand for asset allocation is developing hierarchically and finely.In this context,the development of the securities industry needs to be effectively transformed,and it is necessary to optimize customer relations.Nowadays,many securities companies in China have begun to pay more attention to customer relationship management,and the theoretical circle has also carried out extensive and in-depth research on it.As the key business of securities companies in the transition stage,wealth business has attracted more attention from the theoretical and practical circles.This paper is to launch the research on customer relationship management of wealth business of securities companies under this background.This paper takes G securities companies as the research object,and deeply analyzes the current situation of their wealth business customer relationship management.First of all,study the related theories of customer relationship management,and then use social survey and empirical analysis methods to analyze the basic situation of G securities companies and their wealth business status quo.Then,design and analyze the questionnaire on the status quo and influencing factors of the wealth business customer relationship management system of G securities companies,and summarize the problems and reasons of the wealth business customer relationship management of G securities companies;Finally,combined with the marketing positioning and development direction of G securities companies,the principles,ideas and objectives of the optimization scheme design for wealth business customer relationship management of G securities companies are given,and specific plans and safeguard measures are proposed.Through the sorting and research of this paper,I hope to provide a substantive solution for the wealth business customer relationship management of G securities companies;It also provides a reference for the customer relationship management model of the securities industry in the process of wealth management transformation;In addition,under market supervision,it provides efficient customer management models and methods for the securities industry. |
