This paper takes the development of wealth management business of A Securities Yunnan Branch as the research object,and adopts the basic method of empirical research which combines theoretical basis and analysis of empirical problems.As far as theoretical analysis is concerned,this paper will collect existing literature and summarize the results and development trends of wealth management business research at home and abroad.On the basis of fully studying the existing theories,combined with the actual situation of A Securities Yunnan Branch There is a problem of insufficient customer classification accuracy.At the same time,based on the author’s work experience in the wealth management department of A securities company,and the actual development and operation of A securities company,a number of typical business departments in Yunnan are selected,and the subtle differences between theoretical analysis and business practice of China’s wealth asset management market are carried out one by one.Through the extraction,summary and quantitative analysis of relevant data,we learned about the difficulties that A Securities encountered in the process of actually implementing the wealth management business,such as customer service and lack of professional staff,and gained a more accurate,clear and in-depth understanding of the wealth management business.As far as the empirical case analysis is concerned,this paper will take the wealth management customers of A Securities Yunnan Branch as a sample,and use scatter plots and classification statistics as analysis tools to build a model of the influencing factors of customer returns,segment customers,and build a model based on customer returns.The empirical model of the research on the influencing factors of change,quantifies and subdivides the sample customer data,reveals the history,changes in the status quo,and current challenges between the customer wealth value-added management and business transformation development of A securities company,and summarizes its future development process.There are still major deficiencies in it.Then,using the asset allocation theory,consumer life cycle theory and customer relationship management theory,it makes a detailed analysis of the short-board of the branch’s business.Aiming at the deficiencies in the wealth management business of Yunnan Branch,the theories are used to sort out the countermeasures.Aiming at the deficiencies in the wealth management business of Yunnan Branch,the theories are used to sort out the countermeasures.By strengthening the professionalism of employees,optimizing wealth management products,increasing customer expansion channels,etc.,and finally building a professional wealth management team,the development of wealth management business has been improved.
