Third-party payment platforms,P2 P,Internet financial management and other companies mushroomed,and domestic Banks,especially commercial Banks,were faced with the problem of customer loss of deposits and loans.Fintech(financial technology)is rising fast around us after Internet finance,the rise of Fintech elements has brought huge shocks to the financial industry.In such a realistic background,this article from the perspective of retail loan customer segmentation,to explore the classification management of retail loan business,it is concluded that the retail loan customer relationship between the characteristics of three dimension and the loan business,for the deep understanding of customer behavior and the loan risk and its market demand,the bank customer service and select market has important practical guidance value.To study how to classify and manage retail loan customers effectively,In this paper,by using descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical analysis methods,surrounding the topic content,through the GD bank retail loans to customers for the collection of raw data,selecting the borrower's age,gender,education,marriage,income,assets,loan amount,interest rate,repayment situation and rate of late 10 background characteristics and put forward relevant assumptions,and to build the model.Finally,through theoretical discussion and empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: Whether repayment is normal is negatively correlated with age;Whether the repayment is normal is negatively correlated with the number of overdue;Whether the repayment is normal or not has a positive correlation with the degree,which is significant.The number ofoverdue was positively correlated with age,but not significantly.There was a negative correlation between the number of overdue and educational background.In this paper,from the Angle of retail loan customer segmentation to research customer characteristics of retail loans and the risk assessment,for the GD bank retail customer base analysis and accurate evaluation on the loan business,and according to the size of the risk level to understand customer's basic attribute,conduct corresponding customer relationship management,try for the retail bank lending business customer group characteristics to provide scientific basis and in the right direction.It provides practical reference and guidance and has certain enlightenment significance.
