Optimization Of Daily Fresh Storage Layout Based On EIQ-ABC-SLP Method

Fresh e-commerce refers to the use of e-commerce methods to directly sell fresh products on internet platforms,such as fresh fruits,vegetables,fresh meat,etc.As a highly representative fresh e-commerce enterprise,Daily Fresh has a significant influence on the entire fresh e-commerce industry.This article proposes that optimizing the layout of fresh storage is the key to improving storage efficiency and reducing storage costs,which is of great significance for the efficient operation of fresh storage and the development of enterprises.This article first elaborates on the theoretical methods of warehouse layout and warehouse management,laying the theoretical foundation for the optimization research of warehouse layout in this article.Then,taking the layout optimization of a logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai of Meiri Youxian Company as the research object,by analyzing the current situation of the layout of a logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai,it elaborates on its warehousing operation process,inbound and outbound operation process,and warehousing layout situation in detail,Fully grasp the logistics objects,in stock logistics routes,and basic information of inbound and outbound products of a logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai.After further analysis,it was found that a logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai has the following problems in its layout:(1)Lack of scientific warehousing management methods.A logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai has a single layout and management method,which fails to classify and focus on management based on factors such as the value and warehousing characteristics of fresh products,resulting in unnecessary damage to some high-value and short shelf life fresh products;In addition,a logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai lacks analysis of the outbound quantity of different fresh food categories,and fails to focus on managing the large inbound and outbound fresh food categories,resulting in occasional inventory levels of some categories with large outbound volumes not meeting consumer demand.(2)The layout of the fresh storage functional area is unreasonable.A logistics and warehousing enterprise in Shanghai only pursued the minimization of investment costs when planning the layout of functional areas,and failed to conduct a reasonable and scientific analysis of factors such as logistics volume,logistics route length,and logistics intensity between different functional areas in the warehouse,resulting in low logistics efficiency and high operating costs in the operation process.This article will use the EIQ-ABC-SLP method(EIQ analysis is used to evaluate the storage efficiency of warehouses;ABC classification helps to classify goods to clarify priorities;and SLP method provides guidance for formulating warehouse layout strategies)to systematically analyze goods,identify the current warehouse layout problems and pain points in the headquarters warehouse of Daily Fresh Enterprise,and establish two warehouse layout optimization plans.Simulate the warehouse layout using Flexsim software,observe its dynamic simulation process,run the model multiple times to achieve a stable state,analyze the simulation results data,and select the best solution.
