Compared with the traditional architectural model,the prefabricated construction enjoys many advantages,including high efficiency,short cycle,good quality and it is environmental friendly,which dramatically improve the industrialization of the construction industry.The prefabricated construction earns widely concerned at the same time,if the neglect concerned of conducting effective management in constructions links,which will make the prefabricated construction lose its advantages.Prefabricated construction choose factory production as a way to produce building components,on-site assembly of the construction model,and it is a large complex products itself,thereby there are many uncertainties in construction process.If you did not make a timely response to these uncertainties,they will exert an significant influence on the construction plan.Therefore,the research on scheduling of the prefabricated construction is conducive to accelerate the industrialization process of the construction industry,and it has important pragmatic significance and value.In this thesis,centered on the dynamic scheduling problem of assembly type construction,based on the reality of the construction site as the background,I firstly discuss and design the information acquisition method of the construction site,then I make modeling on the prefabricated construction scheduling problem.Finally,the scheduling algorithm and the dynamic scheduling strategy are used as the core sector of the the construction scheduling problem and I explore and design simulation and verification.The main content of this thesis includes 4 parts:First of all,the research background of the prefabricated construction will be briefly discussed,and the characteristics of the construction process will be analyzed,and the assembly construction scheduling with RFID technology as the information collection method is defined as the research direction.This thesis analyzes the present domestic and international situation about the research on the prefabricated construction scheduling and the existing problems,while try to explain the significance of this study.Secondly,the application of RFID technology in the prefabricated construction will be discussed and the mix and principle of RFID technology will be briefly described,centered on prefabricated construction,I will conduct the requirement analysis and design.Thirdly,the mathematical model of the construction scheduling will be set up,and the constraint conditions are analyzed.The objective function is based on minimized longest construction time.According to the dynamic event classification which may occurs in the actual construction and the dynamic time response is carried out through the combination of the dynamic scheduling strategy and the rolling window technology.Finally,genetic algorithm is adopted as the scheduling algorithm and its targeted operation while I will conduct the study of the correction of dynamic scheduling model.Combined with dynamic scheduling strategy,I will analyses and solve different types of dynamic events.Then I will show a construction site in Beijing as a case to design,discuss about the application of RFID technology in assembly building design,test the feasibility of the application of RFID technology in prefabricated building though the experimental verification,and show simulated output of dynamic scheduling.The feasibility of the scheduling scheme is verified by comparing the original data with that from the construction site.
