| With the continuous progress of building technology, steel structure with its excellent performance in super-tall buildings is used more and more widely. In the construction, setting a rear steel structure work platform as the lifting platform for lifting component stacking and lifting machinery walking, both can improve the construction efficiency, and can avoid the hoisting component damage to the original structure’s floor panel. As a temporary structure in construction, the difference on the permanent structure, the study of steel platform connection structure, the bearing capacity and the overall stability, is important to guarantee the steel platform reliable force and security work. At the same time, it is also put forward a kind of new way of thinking for super-tall building construction in heavy yard design and the bottom frame steel structure hoisting crane traveling area’s reinforcement.According to Chongqing Ruian "Jialing sail" super-tall building, a lot of analysis and research of large temporary steel platform arrangement and structure performance are did to ensure the structure in the construction process can meet the requirement of design. The main research contents and work as follows:(1)Describing the application of steel structure working platform in different fields, focusing on the analysis of the present situation of the application of the steel platform in the construction with its characteristics.(2)Combined with the actual construction in the site, studying the arrangement of steel platform and floor reinforcement support and material and connection structure of the support tube column and platform’s different components respectively, determining the steel platform structure ultimately.(3)With using finite element analysis software MIDAS, studying steel platform’s structure stress and deformation under different conditions, checking its strength and stiffness, and influence on the bearing capacity of the concrete supporting structure and foundation. And making use of the characteristic value buckling theory to analyze the stability of the overall stability of steel platform and tube support column, in order to investigate the performance of the platform.(4)Further study of steel platform construction method, through access to the existing data, combined with engineering practice experience, studying steel platform composed of component processing and production, overall construction ideas and solutions, large span box beam segment scheme, tube support column construction, steel platform construction sequence and connection technology of field components assembly,illustrates the steel platform construction method, and clearly divides the construction steps.In this paper, based on the actual engineering construction conditions and local environment in the site, put forward a combination steel platform structure system with using existing structures and floor reinforcement for crawler crane walking, and study the large temporary steel platform of the main connection structure comprehensively, using finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the steel platform’s structure stress and deformation in the construction stage. Its research findings can provide a reference for the similar engineering. |
