| At present,China’s urbanisation has entered the second half,and with the promotion of the new people-oriented urbanisation strategy,high-quality urban development and the improvement of residents’ quality of life have become the key tasks of urban construction at this stage.The impact of environmental pollution,climate change and lifestyle changes on residents’ health caused by rapid urbanisation has received more and more attention from experts and scholars since the theory of healthy cities was introduced to China.As the basic material and spatial carrier of the healthy city strategy and the key scale for its implementation,the community living circle can propose the optimization of urban resource allocation from the interaction of residents’ health problems,daily behavioural activities and geographical space,which is a positive response to the healthy city strategy at the spatial level.The current research on community living circles,as an important way to deal with the health problems of urbanisation and pursue sustainable development,has yet to be perfected in terms of the way in which various spatial resources are allocated to promote health and the methods of optimisation.This paper proposes a strategy for a community living circle planning system oriented towards healthy cities,allocates spatial resources more efficiently and brings into play the positive role of urban planning tools in promoting the development of healthy cities.On the basis of a clear research direction and research questions,the interactive relationship between healthy cities and community living circles is elaborated by sorting out relevant studies on healthy cities and community living circles and by starting from the basic cognition of healthy cities and community living circles.The study area is divided into 13 community living circles based on a combination of factors such as population size,management units,pedestrian scale and large spatial elements of the city,and the network analysis method in Arc GIS platform is used to analyse the daily travel characteristics and satisfaction of residents with the facilities and services.Based on the four dimensions of health resource accessibility,daily activity friendliness,safety and disaster prevention efficiency,and healthy humanistic guidance,the evaluation index system was established,and the evaluation factors were quantified and calculated by using the OD cost matrix and nuclear density analysis in Arc GIS software.The evaluation of the health level of community living circle under the guidance of healthy city.The evaluation results show that(1)in general,the construction level of 13 community living circles in Xi’an High-tech Zone currently varies widely,with three of them having a poor construction level and two of them having an average construction level.On the whole,the construction level of community living circles matches the distribution of population numbers,but all types of facilities have blind spots for services and need to be further optimized.(2)In terms of each dimension,the two dimensions of health and humanistic guidance and friendliness of daily life in Xi’an High-tech Zone have the best overall performance,while the dimensions of accessibility of health resources and efficiency of safety and disaster prevention are more different and should be improved.After research and analysis,this paper selects Xi’an High-tech Zone to establish a planning system of community living circle for a healthy city.In the study of the planning model of healthy community living circle,the interaction between the evaluation and analysis of various spatial elements and the health behaviour of residents in the above paper is studied,and the planning path of healthy community living circle is proposed in terms of planning system,spatial organization and institutional guarantee,with a view to improving The health level of community living circle in Xi’an High-tech Zone. |
