| As a core technology of the Internet of Things,RFID has many technical advantages.It has been applied to all aspects of the automotive industry and has achieved good results.In this thesis,the application of RFID technology in car seat assembly is studied,and a set of RFID application system that can be used for seat assembly is designed.Based on the current theoretical research on RFID technology and the practical results of its application in the automotive industry,the thesis analyzes the production characteristics of the automotive seat manufacturing industry under the JIS delivery mode,and summarizes the seat manufacturing problems.Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,poor inventory and quality management,high personnel costs,and difficulty in information system integration in the mode of manually scanning bar codes,combined with application analysis of RFID in seat assembly,a system solution based on the three key technologies of RFID is proposed.Using RFID tag-based automatic pallet matching and identification technology,a set of RFID application systems for car seat assembly with RFID middleware system as the core,integrated manufacturing execution information system and automated equipment control system are constructed.Combining the process flow and business operations of seat assembly,the system architecture and functions were designed in detail,and the effectiveness of the system implementation was verified by simulation software.Finally,a comparative analysis of the practical application and implementation effect of the system in Company A was carried out.The results show that the implementation of the system has strengthened production control,greatly improved the efficiency of production and logistics management,improved the level of quality management,improved the level of informatization and automation of the factory,reduced labor costs,and ultimately enhanced the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
