With the development of Chinese manufacturing,more and more automobiles are produced in China.The assembling process of car seat is a type of Labor intensive manual work with high complexity and repeatability,and it is hard to introduce automation equipment to assist manufacturing.Therefore,human factors have much impact on assembling quality and efficiency.Starting from human workload and combining field observation and interview of a automobile interior company,the layout parameters and process flow of field operation were understood and collected.The work posture and operation process of production site staff are analyzed with the help of wireless real-time motion capture system(FAB)and JACK(software of human factor).The specific work contents are as follows:(1)The research status of work posture is analyzed.The working motion was analyzed using motion capture device.JACK was selected as the simulation platform.Fatigue evaluation of the process flow of car seat assembling was implemented.(2)The typical standing position assignments model and sitting position assignments are summerized.Stage set was implemented and field operation was simulated with FAB in the laboratory using collected layout parameters and combining two typical operation characters.According to the average size of a Chinese adult with national standard,different height percentile and different weights with the same percentile were selected and the range of layout parameters are determined combining relevant national standards and operation characteristics.(3)Aiming to the typical standing position assignments,simulation scheme was made,selection of working altitude,workbench angle and longitudinal separation,and the influence rule of every factor was studied.Aiming to typical sitting position assignments,knee depth and seat height were selected and the influence to workload of every factor was also studied.The optimized range of layout parameters.(4)The energy consumption rate was used as the quantitative index using metabolic function in JACK to reduce human fatigue in assemblying and prevent occupational injury as the targets.The risk of fatigue was found and the improvement plans were given by the simulation of these two operation processes.
