With the rapid development of aviation science and technology, and developmentof modern industry, the safety and reliability plane have be improved greatly. The rateof accident which caused by mechanical failure is lower and lower. Meanwhile, themaintenance errors present a certain degree of rise. In the study of maintenance person-nel human reliability, people find the factors affecting the safety of maintenance are notthe technical problems that hard to figure out but the hidden organization factor in hun-man factor. Therefore, this paper is on the influence of organzation factors to hunman factorsreliability of the civil aviation maintenance personnel. We analysis and summarize theacademic method about the human factors reliability of organzation factors through theliterature; using the interview method and questionnaire to collect original data of thecivil aviation maintenance organization factors.Through the statistics and analysis re-sults of the original data, to establish a hierarchical structure model of civil aviationmaintenance system under organizational factor, and with the help of analytic hierarchyprocess (ahp), the significance of organization factors to civil aviation maintenance hu-man reliability are analyzed.Using the theory of cognitive psychology and general error model, we establisheda civil aviation maintenance behavior model considering the influence of organizationfactors. Finally, using the bayesian network to convert the personnel behavior modelconsidering organizational factors, we build up a bayesian network model of the per-sonnel under the various stages. More over, by causal reasoning and diagnostic reason-ing, to analyse the impact of organizational factors on the human reliability of civilaviation maintenance personnel, we mainly draw the following conclusions:(1) We found, through the analysis of questionnaire data, in typical organizationalfactors that exist in the civil aviation maintenance system mainly includes six categories:safety culture, communication, training, organization structure, regulations and planning, supervision and management. (2) Using analytic hierarchy process to conduct an significance analysis to the sixclass19kinds of organizational factors of the civil aviation maintenance maintain sys-tem, we found the significant rank of the organization factors. The greater influence onthe human factors reliability organizational factors including: the attitude of the person-nel consciousness, the coordination degree of organization, on-the-job training and aftertraining, etc(3) We established the error model of organizational factors, the human reliabilityanalysis model considering the influence of organization factors was established basedon bayesian network, simulating the internal influence relationship among the organiza-tional factors, situational factors and the individual factors. Provide decision support toidentify the organizational factors which may cause human error and prevent the hap-pening of the human error affected by organizational factors.
