| Maintenance training is an important component of civil aircraft maintenance engineering, which has the important impact on its cycle cost. Training for maintenance man is not only an important method to improve their knowledge and skills levels, but also a significant guarantee of the maintenance quality. Research on maintenance training key technologies and establish civil aircraft maintenance training system will play a significant part in improving the maintenance quality, shortening the training time and saving the cost of maintenance. Paper will study the contents which are included as follows:First of all, based on research on maintenance failure diagnose illation, the method of expressing maintenance case and description model of maintenance case is showed; then illation of maintenance task process is researched and the method of expressing maintenance operation rules is given out; at last, an example is given to show the maintenance failure diagnosis based on case based reasoning and virtual maintenance training task process inference based on rules based reasoning to carry out the whole illation process of the virtual maintenance task process.Secondly, student model is established, training aims are confirmed, then training tasks are given out and training policy is established to carry out the research on the method of virtual maintenance training; then the knowledge description of maintenance response model is studied and the rules and methods to judge the mistake operation and delay operation are carried out to establish the maintenance training process response policy.Thirdly, the examination and process control of maintenance training are carried out; based on the fuzzy closeness method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation methods of student knowledge level and maintenance capacity are presented.Finally, a prototype of civil aircraft maintenance training had been designed, and its student and the teacher module had been developed. |
